It is a plug-in to add to MS Excel that lets you join multiple different rows or columns into one (very large) row or column. Excel Line to One is interesting above all when grouping data from different rows or columns to export to other formats.
For Excel Line to One to work correctly you need to have MS Excel 2000 or later.
